Cathodic Protection Systems were installed and commissioned to increase the reliability of steel structures within the oil rigs to provide sustainability & increased operational life for the infrastructure.
Ritz Carlton was provided with smart energy systems & lighting solutions that reduced their complete façade lighting energy consumption by 75%. The project was designed was lighting architect Mr. Thierry Guilhot from TG Lighting, France
Micro Grid & Power infrastructures were build, tested & commissioned for remote area power transmission & distribution. Further to this, critical power redundancy systems were installed at each receiving station for operation continuity.
Automated hydrogen purging systems along with automated gas injection systems were introduced to comply with IR4.0. This helped in reducing human intervention along with minimum longer operation run hours.
Substation works were performed for National Grid under the subcontract from Western Power to provide sustainable construction for the electrical infrastructure. Further to the same, proposals were given for continuous monitoring & testing functionalities for protection equipment.
An automated shuttering system was erected and commissioned for Multiplex site at Liverpool Street, London. The system is capable to lift 4oTonne platform with shutters that are used to pour concrete for 5 storeys at one pour. The system lifts itself after every pour increasing work efficiency and reducing time impact.
Multi-feed Automation was designed and system integrated for Water Utility company in Bahrain. Multi redundant operational philosophy was added along with HMI interface. Further to this, protection relay coordination was synchronised & commissioned.
Long-duration UPS backup based on AFC technology with 6 industrial hydrogen cylinders provides up to 16h of back-up onsite (for 3kW equipment) Solution received Type Approval, bid in place for multiple sites. Continuous smooth tower operation during outages; immediate kick-in maximizes battery charge, with ample time for refills
Long-duration UPS based on AFC technology with industrial
Hydrogen bundle (12 cylinders) provides up to 32hours backup
(for 3kW equipment) supporting 4G and 5G
Following successful POC, customer purchased solution
Gas detection & automation systems were installed, tested & commissioned for 11 kitchens at Al Sahel Resort, Bahrain. Complete automation system & instrumentation was installed enabling proactive detection & discriminative solenoid cut-off from main gas feed. Multi-layered schematics were engineered.
Multiple Power Quality Analytics were conducted in multiple grid nodes to identify harmonics & power factor readings in the network. Further to the same, the data was used to create data trends based on timelines and peak thresholds.
Substations require DC auxiliary power provided by electrical batteries to control the substation breakers. Battery rooms are designed to last 8 hours only. After 8 hours, emergency power is required to charge the batteries, requiring manual work with mobile battery trailers or diesel generators. Therefore, hydrogen storage & powered system was installed.
